Most vendors only quote on request. We don’t: the Community edition is free, Business starts at €10 per employee per year and is tiered by team size. Every rate is listed below – no sales call required.

Minimum order: 25 employees. Enterprise equals Business plus a 40% surcharge and unlocks white-label, SAML SSO, SIEM export and automatic mandatory training. The Community edition stays free forever.

Frequently asked questions
How does billing work?
The Business add-on is an annual subscription, tiered by number of employees. Enterprise is not a standalone add-on but an upgrade to Business with a fixed surcharge of +40% – it is booked together with the Business subscription. Payment is handled entirely through Paddle as our payment provider – including the invoice and the correct VAT for your country.
Do I need a customer account?
No. Invoices and subscription management run through the Paddle customer portal; you’ll receive the link with your order confirmation by email.
How do I receive my license?
After purchase, your license is generated automatically and delivered by email. Your installation validates it against our license server.
What happens if I cancel?
Your license stays valid until the end of the paid year and then simply expires. Nothing is actively locked.
Does SentryMail help with NIS2?
Yes. The NIS2 directive requires affected companies to provide cyber-hygiene training for their employees. SentryMail delivers the matching awareness training and phishing simulations – including reporting you can use to prove that training took place.
